My wife and I had a chance to use "Your Berlin" services to relocate to Berlin. "Your Berlin" is a wonderful company. They took care of my relocation to Berlin during the pandemic (hard times), several appointments canceled with the town hall, but they were always looking for new appointments and giving me feedback on the whole process. They answered all my questions in an incredibly fast time, prepared all my documentation for the registration, and chose a perfect apartment according to my needs. The service that miss Elena offers is just amazing. Starting from the research of the house, everything went nice and smooth. She's really available, always there to help you whenever you need. We had a problem with our idraulic system in the kitchen, the same night she called the plumber making him come the day after. I will never thank you so much for the amazing job and the availability. I had an amazing support of my relocation from Sao Paulo to Berlin. Ms. Ferrari is a very experienced and trustful professional in this field, she was very helpful covering all my questions about renting, finding a great flat in a great location, registering my address on government, taking care of all details like documents, contracts and even scheduling appointment to open a bank account.
